There's no better place to prepare for the season ahead than the RYA Suzuki Dinghy Show brought to you by the RYA, in association with Yachts and Yachting (28 February-01 March 2015).

At the only show in the world dedicated to dinghy sailing, you'll discover hundreds of dinghies as well as cutting edge kit and gear, interactive coaching sessions and talks from Britain's top dinghy sailors. Each year the show brings new visitors as well as the 200 exhibitors including top sailing brands, training centres, class associations, clubs, boat builders and holiday companies.

Held at Alexandra Palace in London, the RYA Suzuki Dinghy Show provides the perfect opportunity to celebrate the very best of dinghy sailing with fellow sailors, friends and the industry.

RYA Shows Coordinator Charlotte Pearson said: "Now the show's getting closer we're really excited about what's on offer. We have some fantastic free talks and coaching session's lined up with tops tips and advice from the experts that know how to make you a better year-round sailor, whether beginner or expert!"

Whether you sail by the coast or inland, there is one thing every sailor needs to know-what the weather is going to do! On the Suzuki Main Stage at 12:00 don't miss Meteorologist Chris Tibbs who'll share his top tips to help you to interpret the weather and tides more accurately.

Dinghy cruising is becoming increasing popular with the people who don't want to race and you can hear Jeremy Warren and Phil Kirk recount their record-breaking dinghy cruise around Britain (main stage at 10:30). Their Wayfarer 'Hafren' will be on display all weekend in the new 'cruising corridor' which will provide all the inspiration you need to plan your next dinghy cruising adventure.

British Sailing Team Manager, Stephen 'Sparky' Park will also be joined by four-time Laser world championship medallist Nick Thompson (12:45, Nick only Sunday) to discuss how the nation's Olympic and Paralympic hopefuls are faring on their Road to Rio 2016.

As always, the show is packed with free activities to entertain and inspire the whole family. Over in the Panorama Hall why not have a go on our RS Sailing Simulator. This full size RS Quba simulates the life-like motion of the boat. The RYA Magic Marine Trapeze Rig is also back by popular demand so test the harnesses and your trapezing technique under the watchful eyes of the experts.

Younger visitors to the show can take part in the famous treasure hunt collecting clues, stickers and treasure around the show to win some amazing prizes!

A full schedule of free expert talks and coaching sessions can be found here.
