KIT of the WEEK!
Each week one of the P&B team will be looking into their kit bag and giving us an item that they simply wouldn't sail without!

With sailors treated to a steady force 5 and gusts going into the 30knot region the 42nd Bloody Mary event saw some excellent sailing at top speeds. Amongst the competitors were Tom Stewart and crew Phil Dalby sailing their Merlin Rocket and it is Phil who we go to for this weeks 'Kit of the Week'. In the cold temperatures and strong winds the Gill Helmsman Hat wins out this week. The peaked, fleece-lined waterproof hat with ear protection and removable chin strap offers the benefits of a lightweight sailing cap as well as the warmth of winter beanie making it an excellent racing hat.

The Sail-loft at P&B has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Northampton based Sail-Loft team.

As a Sail Maker, you will be making Championship winning sails, covers and accessories for World Champions. With training provided on the job, no previous experience is necessary.

As a member of our P&B work force you will have the opportunity to represent the company at shows such as the RYA Dinghy Show, have first hand contact with our existing and potential customer base. As a P&B employee you will also have the opportunity to join the P&B Race Team, competing in events across the country alongside some of the nations most talented sailors.
