Frensham Pond Sailing Club still have a few places left for their annual Frenzy on Sunday 9th March. This two race pursuit event is an ideal early season warm up. There are still a few places left but entries are restricted to fifty boats.

Entries must be monohiulls of 16ft max. PY range: 950 – 1432

Entries two hander £15. Single hander £10. Juniors £5.

Prizes are donated by the event sponsors Guildford Marine and Harken.

Tactics and tacking duels among shifty breeze 31 boats took part in the Frensham Pond Cadet Open on Sunday 17 March. 24 boats from all over the UK and a guest entrant from Sweden With their first major GP14 championship since 1957 Frensham were keen to put on a show and the weather forecast played ball promising light to medium winds on Saturday strengthening overnight to make Sunday more spicy. Frensham Pond Enterprise Open
Varied wind with large shifts for the Thames Valley series event The Enterprise Open meeting on 18th June, as part of the Thames Valley aggregate trophy, was sadly not to emulate Kevin Costner's 'Field of Dreams' and saw a fleet of 5 consisting entirely of home boats although two of the crew were visitors.
