The AC72 is a speedster unlike any seen in previous America's Cups. Powered by a 130-foot tall wing sail and with the ability to hydrofoil. Foiling reduces drag and lift the boat out of the water. We are regularly seeing the AC72s hit 40 knots, but the sky is the limit on the speeds we could see this summer.
