Cartoon Trophies at Waldringfield Sailing Club - Preview

Waldringfield Sailing Club holds its last big open meeting of the year on 7/8 September for the Cartoon Trophies.

Racing will be for eight classes; Squib keelboats, Larks, Lasers, Laser Radials, Wayfarers, Dragonflys, Cadets and Mirrors. This meeting is always well supported and we welcome visitors from our neighbouring clubs.

Racing is on the top of the tide and full details are to be found on www.waldringfieldsc.co.uk website. Do join us.

Sailing on the beautiful river Deben in Suffolk Waldringfield is one of the UK's few designated bathing water areas and on warmer days you will find swimmers, crabbers and folks paddle boarding, whilst yachts pass through from Woodbridge to Felixstowe and onto the North Sea. With prizes given by both the club and Lark Class sponsors, Craftinsure Waldringfield's annual Cartoon trophy open meeting took place over the weekend of 7th/8th September, being part of the 2024 Lark Class Craftinsure Traveller's Series for the Belle Isle Trophy.
