Royal support for the GBR Cadet World Championship Team

His Royal Highness, The Prince Andrew, Duke of York has written a letter of support for the GBR CadetTeam competing in Hobart, Tasmania at the 2012 Cadet World Championships.

As a former Cadet Sailor, His Royal Highness is delighted to see that a number of teams are participating and recognises the importance of such competitions in the development of world class sailors.

The letter from His Royal Highness was read to the team who were thrilled with the support. The championships are due to finish on Friday 4th January with the current top British boat being Alex Corby and Robert Keen currently lying in 3rd place overall.
