With over 60 boats entered, the Annual Brass Monkey event at Yorkshire Dales SC on the 27th December has already exceeded the 50 boat limit initially set. It's no wonder as with free entry for racers and and all day food, drinks, mulled wine / treats at just £5 this has to be the best value event ever!

The club realises that those who haven't yet entered may well be disappointed that the entry limit has been reached. The club is therefore delighted to announce that they have sourced additional safety cover and depending on conditions are considering starting the fleet in two flights and so ENTRIES ARE NOW REOPENED.

There are sponsored prizes for overall, fleets of 6 or more (Toppers, RS200s and Lasers so far), as well as ladies, youth and other spot awards.

So if want to experience the delights of sailing on the biggest inland water in Yorkshire, underfloor heating panoramic windows and superb caterering in the best clubhouse in the North, and all at a ridiculously low cost, please get your entry into via the Yorkshire Dales Sailing Club website as soon as possible.
