The Loch Venachar Sailing Club Spring Regatta was held on the weekend of the 23 & 24th April. Sailors travelled from all over Country to compete at one of the most picturesque inland sailing venues in the UK. Vice Commodore Greg Shaw welcomed all the competitors. Race Officer Ian Young briefed the sailors. The three fleets, Laser 2000 Class, RS Feva Class & General Handicap Fleet raced around a windward leeward course with gate marks. Three races were sailed in 12—16 knots on Saturday & three races in 5-8 knots on Sunday.
