The 2010 Rooster 8.1 Nationals will take place at London Corinthian Sailing Club over the weekend of the 20th and 21st of November © Rooster 8.1 class
Since 2007, the Rooster 8.1 has been a new class of rig, designed to be compatible with the Laser® hull, but offering amazing performance suitable for people over 90kg. A Laser® on steroids with a monster rig! Despite the rig size, the National Champions have been on the smaller size - perhaps this year it will be different.
The 2010 Nationals for the Rooster 8.1 will be hosted at London Corinthian Sailing Club this weekend, 20th & 21st November. With first start on Saturday at 11:00 - free beer - free sit down meal on Saturday evening and all for a fee of £25.
Entry for Lasers sailors requiring conversion or Rooster8.1’s can be completed by registering at www.lcsc.org.uk/rooster . Rig conversions supplied by Rooster, will be available for £15, organised via LCSC.
