Ronstan to support youth sailing at Weston Sailing Club

by Rob Crowe, Ronstan 30 Mar 2010 08:48 BST

Ronstan are delighted to announce a full sponsorship program of the new Youth Sailing Series at Weston Sailing Club.

Weston SC are well known for their "must do" regattas for the adult population of sailors, however the 'Ronstan Weston Youth Series' aims to encourage and promote active and competitive sailing amongst as many youth sailors as possible. Whilst when initially planned the event was aimed at Southampton and the surrounding area, with Ronstan’s support the series will now be opened to all Youth sailors through the country.

"Ronstan International is a big supporter of this initiative that encourages more youths to be involved in the sport that we love," states Ronstan's territory manager, Rob Crowe.

Ronstan will be providing prizes for each event as well as the overall series winner, and will be on hand to provide technical advice and support on Ronstan products that help you go faster.

Full details of the series format, age brackets and dates will follow. Anybody wishing to learn more details of the series in advance should contact Weston Sailing Club - Ronstan UK website
