Royal Cork's Mark Mansfield and Killian Collins remain at the bottom of the scoreboard after the penultimate days racing of the Star keelboat event at Agios Kosmos yesterday.

The pairing - ranked fifth in the world - who have struggled in this week's patchy conditions, rounded the weather mark in second place in race 10 before dropping to 13th. It is a costly second last race result that has put them back in 17th overall. A final race will be sailed on Saturday.

Tom Fitzpatrick and Fraser Brown ended their 2004 Olympic campaign 16th out of a 19-boat fleet overall yesterday after scoring 12th in the final light air race of the 49er dinghy discipline.
