Teal Standen is the latest edition to the rapidly growing team at Marine Resources who specialise in offering a variety recruitment services to the marine industry. Teal has joined Marine Resources as a Recruitment Consultant and will be dealing with a variety of new and current clients to help them recruit anything from Skippers to Laminators or Sales Staff.
Teal has spent the last seven years crewing in the yachting industry, the last three of which as a professional skipper predominantly based in the Med and Caribbean. He says, “I felt it time to come back and seek something shore based and Marine Resources has turned out to be the ideal opportunity for me to get involved in, drawing on my experience and contacts within the sailing world to help make the ideal placements.”
Teal has already placed several happy candidates in some great jobs and is looking forward to placing many more in the future.
