Xenon & Omega Open Meeting at Datchet Water Sailing Club

Eight visiting Xenon & Omegas joined in the fun and games at Datchet Water Sailing club last weekend to battle it out over the Saturday for their latest open event.

In light winds the race team of Helen Beecham and Dave Hazard did a great job of keeping things moving.

Race 1 was won by Kevin & Stuart Moore in a Xenon followed by, Andrew & Toby Stevenson also in a Xenon and 3rd was yet another Xenon sailed by Grant & David Blake.

Race 2 saw Darren & Karen lead the way and get a bullet, followed by Kevin & Stuart, in third were Paul Davis & Paul Doyle.

Locals dominate The first Omega Xenon open was held at Fishers Green SC in a light breeze. The first race was dominated by locals Nicola Knight and Jonny Bear in their Omega who led virtually from the start with Paul Doyle easily taking second place.
