Loch Earn Sailing Club hosted their Annual First Fling Regatta over the weekend of the 28th - 29th April. Excellent weather greeted the 37 boats, sunshine and a force 2-3 Easterly wind, which remained throughout the weekend.

The Scottish Tasars used the event as their first Traveller event of the year(separate report). They were joined by a single hander handicap fleet and a double hander handicap fleet. Race officer Craig Moffett set some excellent courses around the clubs fixed marks, changing the course for each of the 4 races, which kept everyone out of their comfort zone and scrambling for pencils and bits of paper!
