Mayfield Yacht Club

We sail on the Great Sacandaga Lake. The club was founded in 1930, in Mayfield, New York.

We are a working club, not a marina. We have four scheduled work parties every year, and club members are encouraged to participate. We build and float our own docks, maintain the clubhouse and grounds, and perform most basic repairs needed about the club.

We have a number of activities that include all members. We conduct a junior sailing program most every year, have a sailboat racing program for both large and small boat sailors, and many parties.

Contrary to the image of many yacht clubs, MYC is very informal. We have no restaurant or bar. We are proud to consider ourselves a family club. Product Feature
