   Cheers for the links and the thoughts. My knees are shot anyway, three arthroscopies and the removal of the medial meniscus from BOTH knees means i have to work hard on my quads to help support the joints.
Didn't do as much work on them through the winter and suffered on Sunday. Need to build them up, so i'll give training a go for as long as it takes to get comfortable. Agree time on the pond is what we need, the season is in full swing now for the Larks so a bit of training and time out there should do the trick.
Walking is much easier today
