Eisvogel mentioned the Showa 477 industrial/cold room/oil rig/hostile environment work glove.
I think they are a good balance of insulation vs dexterity with excellent grip. OK they don't last as long as leather palmed gloves but at £9/pair I can afford a new pair every winter!

I suffer from cold hands a lot and it often curtails my sailing in Winter. I found Rooster Arctic Pro gloves (with thermal underglove when really cold) were very effective and lasted well. Sadly they stopped selling them! The Aqua Pro glove is not nearly as good, so I'm still searching....
