You are all wrong. He'd be on a foiling moth. Outrunning baddies in RIBS. And the music would of course go da-da-da-daaaaaaa-da-da-da just as he popped up on the foils. And he'd foil up to a beachside bar, stepping off calmly onto a jetty, snap bikini elastic at 200 yards and go "well, I think I foiled their plans" before ordering a vodka martini, shaken not stirred.
