Well I enjoyed it today, spotted a few people from here, but they were busy when I past them.

Really enjoyed the Volvo Car experience outside, if you are going tomorrow, register here

Anyone visiting on Sunday, say hello to me on the 3000 stand (twixt 14 & Tasar, opposite Ovington's). Take a look at my boat with two jibs hoisted, giving a comparison of our current Dacron and Mylar jib options (quite interesting the difference in roach - I should have doen it sooner!)

I thought this year was one of the best ever!!

Very interesting to see Mike Lyon's new creation, the A Rater was fantastic.

The only slight disappointment, I really wanted to see the trim tab centerboard on the Dead Cat Bounce National 12.  None on display!! shame!!

Had a really good time, met up with some friends not seen for a while. I think we all owe Gail and Mark a big thanks for backing the show,

It was great to catch up with you both (even if I did get collared )

49er 531 & 5000 5025 and a mirror(now gone to mirror heaven)!

I had a good time, the RS100 looks brill the way they logo'd it up and I got
another glass of bubbly, that's two in thirty years.

Saw Nice but Tim and Rodney who was much younger than I expected,
met Alstorer who robbed me blind, Slippery Jim's wallet remained elusive,
he shall now be known as Bar dodger Jim, Hector, Rich briefly,Jolly Jack Tar
who is yet to post but assures me he will eventually, loads of windsurf
faces I hadn't seen in ages, I talked til I was hoarse.

Saw loads of interesting stuff, didn't realise Phantoms could have
mainsheet travellers, there was one fitted by someone called Bob Bits or
something (aren't they the pseudonym for the ars ticklers and fggts fan
club?)

Saw a really well sorted Blaze, going to take my camera back tomorrow,
got to speak to Mike on the Alto stand eventually, he was busy, met Mark
(Jardine) who has anovel solution to the daggerboard v centreboard debate
and took me to meet Steve Cockerill to chat about it and masts and stuff.

I had a good wander round, there's a blindingly well sorted foiling moth,
forget what it's called now, I'll grab some pics tomorrow, there is so much
to see, even better than last year, I love this show..

Yes, Graham, I was looking for you, and had a good description, from winging it.

However, didn't find you.....shame

Indeed, and I did wait for ages by the Dakine stand  for grumpf to stop talking....but he didn't.  Then I realised that if I went and stood near him it would only increase his small man complex, so I wandered off,....
the same, but different...

I went up to this girl I'd seen on the Contender stand, she'd been talking
near the Dakine stand, 'Er excuse me, are you vanessa' said I, like a corny
chat up line, naturally she perked up being approached by my devastating
manhood, er no she said I'm some unpronouncable femail handle that was
nothing like Vanessa or Wing Wang. I apologised said I thought she was
someone else I knew who sailed a contender, upon which she looked even
more quizzical in a what woman in her right mind would sail a Contender
sort of way and almost snarled back 'no I sail a Streaker and stomped off,
same sort of boat I guess.

so we passed like ships in the night....or would that be like my contender zapping past whichever craft you grace with your devastating manhood?

how sad...

Did enjoy the show though.  Well done Y&Y.
