What's the boat?

A "like new" gelcoat finish is also very possible - PM me for details

On the face of it sounds cosmetic. What class is it? How old is the boat?

Depends if it is localised and the age/condition of the rest of te boat. Equally the gelcoat alone could be lifting locally which is a small repair. if the foam core is crushed then its a bigger job, but worth doing if the rest of the boat is OK
