Then you're missing out - Pink Floyd are simply incredible live.

This weekend I'm off to Hyde Park Calling - should be good to see The Who as well as Roger Waters' part of Pink Floyd. See http://www.hydeparkcalling.co.uk/artists/ for the line-up.

[smug mode on]

In the past I managed to see Pick Floyd at the Rotterdam Stadium (amazing sound) and the year before I was in Berlin (along with about 750,000 others) for the Roger Walters "The Wall" concert, and I was about 20 yards from the front.

The Berlin concert was amazing.  The stage was so big that the opening act (the Scorpions) came on on the back of an Articualted lorry and the "Wall" was so high when it was finished we had to strain our necks.

I went to the Berlin concert too, about 50 yards from the front! I thought 'Comfortably Numb' being played with the two guitarists at the top of the wall (50 metres high and quarter of a mile wide) was the highlight.
