It's not bad, a decent boat for lightweight beginners, and an absolute hoot with two 'normal' adults for a quick blast in F6+ but it's also quite cramped for grown ups and only performs 'adequately'. They used to be cheap but there're lots of other boats I'd rather spend £1500 on, just for starters a Solo or Laser if you sail on a lake or an old Blaze if your local spot is open water.

There is now the option of another rig called the XTRA . This has a slightly shorter mast with a more efficient, slightly smaller sail , this makes the boat a lot easier to sail in strong winds but it is very slightly slower very  light winds . You pay your money and take your choice as they sail off the same handicap . Other snippets of info , it has a soft py ( if the sailor is good enough to cope with its down wind behaviour) , it’s build quality is good , they are good value for the money and if you prefer centre sheeting the manufacturer sell conversion kits .
