   Hi KnightMare,
It's the 3rd person plural, present tense of "débrouiller".
I guess it's used with the reflexive pronoun in your sentence ("se débrouiller" in the infinitive). It means, in informal French - but still perfectly polite - to manage.
E.g. KnightMare et hydrographer20 se débrouillent pour poster plus de messages que tous les autres !
K & h manage to post more messages than all the others!
Otherwise, "débrouiller", as a direct transitive verb, means to unravel (threads, strings, ropes, etc.)
