At least you're the right end of town! Some of our lot are tenting as well.

Is Scotty doing any races with you? We bought an asy off Quantum so he's coming for the monday. We're 6 up that day but 5 for all the others.

Met some of your crew doing East Anglian, how many have you got for the week?

Absolutely!

Should be a good week as long as we don't sail like idiots.

Yes it was alot of fun, Pink Gin went on to win the fast IRC fleet at Falmouth Week overall for the week. A bit intimidating on the start line with J 120, elan 40 lots of J109 X332 etc, but worth it down wind. Between Pink Gin and Big Purple projections won 4 out of the 6 races in the week, two of these in 10- 12 knots as well as the 25 k on the day of the photo.

Such a good picture, what speed were you doing?

I've been getting annoyed with the clip adjusted fairleads on Upstart. Has anybody got string adjustable ones or, even better, modified the standard tracks to be string adjustable?

No, we use the standard ones. Not ideal for a quick adjustement, say on a white sail reach, but it does keep the number of strings low.

Has anyone raced a 762 on PY yardstick?

Any recorded numbers?

Does IRC read across to PY in way?
