I don't actually know. From the degree of indstrialisation in the windsurf world I'd expect they were huge, but that may be past-tense. Put another way, how many windsurfers do you see out on the water these days? We are largely concerned with our own back yard, i guess (it's not our fault if most of the rest of the world hasn't noticed that dinghies exist). |

I thought they only work at very high speeds. Like
