The boat that is forsale was actually the lad that owns the canoe with the new sails old boat. The sails in that photo are hyde Technoras, which are the sail of choice for most Assy canoe sailors at the moment, The new sails are being developed by Charlie Chandler and Dynamic sails at the moment. Charlie found the biggest proble, with the hydes were how ful they were and very hard to read. Its still early days for the new dynamic fat head sails, but early signs are they are very very quick! Expect to see them near or at the front this year!! |
