I was being driven by a friend a few years ago when he had a slight accident in freshly fallen snow - managed to hit this poor sod's car and almost knock a wheel off it. "Sorry" said Rod. "Road han't been ploughed yet you know". "I know" said his victim "I'm on my way to work. I drive the ******* snow plough!" |

Well if finally stopped snowing in newcastle last night, we just have rain now
 . Thing is now all the snow is melting the river is going to be ripping come sunday, and I think the tide will be on the way out while we are racing, great as hardly any wind is forcast!

Snow's good, but it's near the end of February and I can't wait to see a little bit of sunshine. Daffs and crocuses are out, yipee, summer's coming! |
