LOL @ Villan!

Having no bulkheads or transom it's still quite floppy, a ratchet strap could literally crush it flat.  So I reckoned that lots of straps at light tension was the way forward, also I screwed a couple bits of 2x1 at strategic points straight to the hull to keep it stiffer for the middle ratchet and the lightboard.  Seemed to work, made it 140 odd miles home without any big issues!
