It's a very slim vessel built by Multi-Marine round at Millbrook. Cracking designs coming out of that place at the moment.

 

...And it does look like the caps have gone in the 49er picture, if you look close enough you can make out a faint line shifting downwards from the spreader going slightly inwards as opposed to the shape the shrouds usually take, indicating that the shrouds have went lower down but probably depends the definition of your PC screen if you can see it or not.

thought I'd better add a sailing pic it's taken on the maiden voyage in variable winds of 4-12kts.

There was a time in the 60s when the fashion in the UK was to fit Cherubs with 5'9" (1.75m) *pivoting centreboards*. The cb case came to around a couple of feet from the transom!
