Wilsonian Sailing Club - on the Medway. 51°24'44.66"N 0°32'44.91"E The Google Earth photo is old as the clubhouse has been developed since. But go south and east and you'll see the sailing area. It looks mighty muddy but then this is with the tide out. The Fast Handicap fleet generally race down stream of the power station and then back to base.

Google and Local.live.com aren't very good for Marconi, as its on the east coast where the pictures are blured. This is a shot taken by a club member from a helicopter while he was working (honest) Edit - Forgot to mention this picture was taken in August 06 when the Cadet Week was taking place (hence all the tents/caravans) Edited by radixon |
