Launch shot - Maximum features a retracting canting keel which swings
50 degrees. The retracting mechanism is contained in the keel strut.

The chappy driving the travel-lift did have his work cut out as Maximus was a very tight fit into the dock designed for an AC yacht. They had ropes etc on to pull her back. Finally it got down to this.. KS Edited by Kiwi Spy |
