Lots of questions im afraid but in brief we have a finger size hole which is at the centre of a fist sized damaged area in the bottom of a foam sandwich boat. How do we go about repairing it and what materials should we use? Thanks Ian |

You may find that the core damage extends wider than the obvious fist sized section. Use a coin to tap around the area of damage and you can tell by the sound if the area is solid or broken |

If it doesn't break it's too heavy; if it does it wasn't built right
