I got flashed by another Speed camera the other day.
So how many times have you been flashed to the times you've been caught 
me flashed to many times   caught twice (maybe 3   only time will tell)

	I've been flashed 3 times and recently, I've felt distinctively uncomfortable in front of that glorified hairdryer they brandish at the traffic. So far, I've never been caught, despite averaging record times on the main road (I got my licence in July 1992). Another question: how far can you push it? You're driving along at a healthy 90 when the traffic slows down because of a police car on the slow lane. You get level with the police (all the other cowards have dropped behind the police; they would crawl rather than overtake) and you realise they're only driving at 65/68 on a 70mph speed limit. How fast do you dare overtaking them? So far, I've never dared going much over 80, just in case. Anyone else with the same dilemma?

	Going down the M4, on my way back to uni one time, travelling at a safe 85. (My standard cruising speed). And a police motorbike come's crusing past me at about 95. So I just sat on his tail at 95 all the way to Bristol. If you don't overtake them, there's nothing they can do. By the time I got to Bath there was a convoy of about 6 of us doing the same.

	Never been flashed (by a speed camera), never been caught. Seen far far far too many nastily broken bits of people in A&E and too many brain damaged young men in neurorehab to seriously consider going faster than 30 in a 30, and get pretty twitchy doing more than 75-80 on motorways. Sorry to be utterly square but speeding is the biggest cause of preventable death in the UK, and by far the biggest killer of children. It's just not worth it.

	I personally think that instead of campaigning to slow motorists down they should try and persuade people to not get in the way of cars. The number of chavvy 'kids' in Nottingham that look to see if a car is coming, and bloody walk anyway even if there is just really piss me off! Do they not realise that a one and a tonne half car is going to make a mess of them whatever speed it is doing!

	Yep, they're a danger to your bodywork.... until they get their own wheels! edit I'm joking, you know! I wouldn't run over anyone of course, unless he/she was very ugly........ that reminds me......... where's my neighbour's dog again? Edited by Black no sugar

	I've had a obediance to ther speed limits drummed into me by livimg and learning to drive under the Iron Gatso of Cheif overlord Brunstrom. Mind you there are only 6 or 7 roads around home that you could speed on without running the risk of carreering through a wall into a sheep feild on a regular basis... it's load a fun with a trailer too.
