There class rules don't seem to have anything referring to foils, let alone banning horizontal foils. Unless I’ve missed something.

Looks like someone got carried away with Hullform or Delftship whos never designed a boat before! Now what does the crease button do ?

What is it chew, a new NS14 I assume ?

Yes its a 'Moondance' design NS, by Stu Friezer (who also did the Tequila and Tiger designs which have been the most successful designs of the last 8 years or so).  This particular one is an ameteur home build.
