	Yeah but I know I'm thick. Getting back onto the subject I blame it on the weather. Too much water on the brain. (along it was not a spelling error but a typing error in fact there must be something wrong with this keyboard it can't possibly be my fault).

	OED defines Bloomer as blunder and Blooper as an embarrassing error; so I suppose it depends on whether it causes you embarrasment? I eventually retook English (GCSE by then) and achieved an A. Dave along? We seem to have got off the discussion topic, weather!

	before getting into the complication of grade inflation... lol. Girls do better at english usually, but for some reason my set 1 maths and physics has mostly boys, uncommon for top sets. Lets get back to the weather i don't even want to think about school!

	I'm amazed at how poor the use of English and particularly spelling is on the forum. I don't pretend to be perfect and did only achieve a D for GCE (many years ago)! That said, the bloomers really jump out of the page at you.
