ILCA with logo will revert back to Laser with starburst as soon as lawyers allow, I'd think.

And does anyone on here ever say, I'm sailing an Ilca today?

Yes I thought that too. No mention of ILCA boats at all in the report, always “Laser”, and references to radials and standard rigs.  Like old times.

All 'Lasers' built by LP with 'World sailing plaque' will be eligible to race in ILCA/UKLA 'and' TLC events, 'Lasers' built by LP without 'World sailing plaque' can only race in TLC events. ILCA 'Lasers' with 'World sailing plaque' can only sail in UKLA and ILCA events.

I thought I was getting the hang of this brave new world, but seeing the reports of how well our men have done in the Laser Standard fleet of the Laser European Championships run by EurILCA with the classic Laser starburst insignia everywhere has got me all confused again.

TLC book will be thinner, they are going back to strict one design, no composite mast top to factor in to settings, no mk2 sail to factor in.

it's simple - publish two versions: same content, different cover photo.  One's twice the price and sold via the squad system.
