Hearing will be November 2020. TLC state numbering will continue in order, if ILCA do the same could be confusing in the big opens.

That confusion must already have started as both are selling new boats but it'll only apply to a modest number of boats, equal to those sold by LPE, and those will be disallowed from entering ILCA or WS sanctioned events.

Don't forget that the Laser Performance boats will have different sail emblems to Laser Performance boats. It's pretty silly, but not a disaster. ILCA were sensible in picking a new logo that cannot possibly be confused.
I suggest that if what World Sailing had to say to the Sunfish Association is any guide, the chances of TLC getting WS recognition is somewhere between zero and zero. |

TLC are a major step up from 'Sunfish' association, hardly going to be called 'bogus', World sailing will have to take their application seriously.

Just because more people have joined the bogus TLC than joined the bogus sunfish class doesnt effect how it will be treated by WS . They will still have rule using their own rules.
