Here’s some membership stats for the Facebook classified group myself and 3 other forum members manage....nearly 25,000 members now, so a fairly good representation of the facebook engaging UK dinghy scene:

Interesting - I do wonder if the 55 and up groups are affected by a lower level of on-line / FB usage as I would have expected to see that older cohort more represented.

This would be my assumption too. I was however pleasantly surprised by the gender demographic.... especially given the tendendency for blokes to be a bit more into kit whorish behaviour when it comes to buying sh*t for their activities.

There is a setting in Facebook to decline your gender I guess... anyway, let’s not get iGRF started on those who don’t subscribe to polarised views of sexuality and gender.... there’s a Hamlet quote about protesting, and it doesn’t involve little red flags.
