I’m confused, you are RYA affiliated but squat at your lake, don’t have a membership list and have no formal documentation such as insurance.  How can that be?

We have all of above, I have already stated my club committee is good and we are well financed, club is fully compliant, we are a recognised RYA training centre, however we are squatters, council have grants available if someone would put their name to it, danger is back rent and rates.
