Length, beam, weight? Or is it just a low-rider Moth. Whatever, too tippy for your skill levels.

That guy makes really neat boats, length beam weight? No idea it just looks the don which is all that matters, his other rocket looked brill, if I were still young, dumb and full of.. I'd have one, in fact by now I'd prabably have two.

He's also a really nice guy, I only met him once at the dinghy show, but had time to put up with my stupid questions without rolling his eyes too much.

Light? The last one I saw was 35kgs all up and his suggested launch method is put it on your head and walk in until it floats off..

That does look stunning. The wings are very high up - I assume this is because people are taking the Veal Heal to more extreme angles?

Time then to start shaping the wings such that the leeward, more upright one acts as a sail

I'm sure it probably does have a bit of what we used to call end plate effect which happens when you 'close the slot' (the gap between the bottom of the sail and the hull) this was another bi product of the sliding mast track, the track goes forward and the foot shuts right down to the deck, the only way to go upwind.

Looks like a Womble - 1970's by Pete Conway - which the RS300 resembles too... ;-)

I think it's a one-off though, for the time being. I cannot see for example how to disassemble the wings, everything seems bonded toghether.

I do really like the idea of the forward wings which cover the cockpit controls and do some endplating effecr, and I'd bet that there's even some more to see when the boat is completed and rigged.

I can't wait so see it finished (also because mine is next :D)
