I don't think the RS300 is that difficult to sail tbh, certainly not at a puddle in sub-windsurfing conditions.... I very, very nearly bought another one, but decided to wait for the Aero when I heard the rumour it was getting sent to the old people's home.

Now, I could have hiked it flat. I could have insisted the yellow capped fool at the back of the boat joined me in perching. But, hell, the troughs were bigger than they appear in the picture, the boat was rolling so much three seconds later the mast would have been pointing back past vertical anyway. Perch. |

absolutely... as you can see in the upper photo, the padding in perfectly aligned for navigating one's leg over the centreboard casing when adopting the micro-perch riding style.

Lovely, and I saw a K-1 do just that yesterday, even with the lump of lead underneath, and they don't pop back up either. |
