Yes. RYA method recommends recovery at the windward shroud. Ideally you should be able to roll the boat a bit more than they did to windward, get the gunwhale close to water. 

Worthwhile on a warm summer's day, in a sensible location, having a go at doing it "for real"

End result was ok, a few flaws in the plan though.

Can't criticise too much as it is a while since I've done a MOB recovery.
Ex-Finn GBR533 "Pie Hard"
Ex-National 12 3253 "Seawitch"

Ex-Mirror 59096 "Voodoo Chile"
