Looks like your bike will need a bit of a clean and oil to get rid of the paint dust!

You've left the tumble drier door open too.

There'll be trouble.....

i think old boats with history dont matter if they have a few battlescars it shows they have had interesting and eventful lives. Those repairs are a little rustic though.

I left the keels on because no one gave me a good enough reason to remove them. I did plane a few milimeters off them.

The Data Sheet for the Eposeal says "if the primer coats of eposeal are to be overcoated with a solvent free epoxy system, then the eposeal must be left for 7-10 days to ensure it is thoroughly cured"
Yes it can be sanded a lot ealier.

Maybe I have it wrong ?

Really? Appreciate your garage may not be quite 15°C, but if it is, then min time before sanding is 28hrs (according to the data sheet). The time does increase exponentially with decreasing temp though.

And onto the other side.

A couple of previous repairs looked sound.

I had to use some paint stripper to get into the corners.

Then 3 coats or Eposeal 300 was appiled.

Just got to wait 7 days for the epoxy to cure.
