Only been to Northampton once, for the British Moths, and it blew old boots...therefore it always blows old boots...

i also have only been to northampton once, with elaine for last years british moth nationals.

The boats might, but this 'sailor' doesn't!   .... the 'wet & bedraggled sporty-dude' look just doesn't seem to sit well on this old and thinly covered head

Both classes are interesting in a breeze, I'll give you that. But short boats with large sails often are. Just ask a Cherub sailor!

am not a fan of it blowing old boots, a good breeze will do me any day.

on the other hand i have alot less problems sailing the lightning in strong wind than i had in the laser!
