Hi guys,

I have just spotted that it was just about a year ago that I started this thread!

I never suspected that it would lead to 32 pages of Projection 762 chat, discussion and exchange of information realating to our favourite boat.

Long may it continue!

Thank you Yachts and Yachting (especially Mark Jardine)

Never enough time for sailing

Yeh its a shame, but we will still be doing sail east & Burnham etc as we are looking to get a Melges.

We feel that the running costs will be alot less as we both are still students!!

How is Proper job? Nemos been out the water since Sept so we have had to take up windsurfing!! seriously miss sailing her!

thats fair enough, no antifouling helps with cost and time.

porper job has been out for a about a month now, just need some spare time to do some work on her.

good luck with the melges, and im sure we'll see you guys out next year!?

Last race of the season yesterday (excluding Boxing Day & New Years) and managed to bag a first in loads of wind.

Had a waterproof video cam with us and some of it is on youtube - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p0ORUQikF4k

Topped out at 15.5 in completely flat water, never done that before.

Happy Christmas / New Year!

It's all been a bit quiet recently, can I assume you're all out of the water and
hard at work? We've nearly finished racing - race on Boxing Day and got one
more on New Year's Day and then Upstart is finally out of the water. Pic
below is from Boxing Day, not loads of wind but decent sunshine. Hopefully
more breeze at New Year
