I keep getting asked for Filthy's specs etc .. so have decided to put it on here ..

> She is GBR 7632R , 1998 . I have owned her 3 years . It took me a long time to find her , I looked at others but they were in poor condition compared to this one . I am told the mast is 1994 .I replaced the boom this year . The old one I still have , its just a little bent . Rigging was replaced 2006 .
> I replaced the depth and log instruments 2008 with TACKTIC wirless system , we also have a gps linked into system . New cockpit bags , mainsail cover , hiking straps, mainsail and no.1 genoa 2008 . I had the sails made with lightweight contendor laminate cloth , they are in good condition and we find they are excellent sails . 2 reefs in the mainsail . The genoa is great , it works very well in light winds . we also have a 2007 HYDE  no. 2 genoa in good condition and a 2006 HYDE no. 3 gib which has only been used a few times . we have a 45 m kite 2006 which has had a few minor repairs and another smaller one . There is a  Hyde designed and made for the boat 45m assametric kite 2008 , only used a few times , like new . Also some older but ok Hyde sails .
>  Alloy Spinaker pole and ends new 2008 . I also have a carbon pole with one repair , no end fittings .
> The floor boards and 4 v good  bunk cushions are not on boat , kept at home .
> Engine is mariner 3.5 4 stroke 2007 .Hardly used as we generally sail off and onto our marina mooring .
> We have a radio CD player and 2 cockpit speakers ( speakers may need replacing ) , we only use a small battery to save weight , the CD player can flatten the battery in 2-3 hours .
> I replaced the pulpitt in 2007 as the origional one was damaged when I bought the boat. The new one is a J80 type .
> I had the rigging chainplates strengthened when I bought the boat as I read they may be a weak point .
>
> There is a nice 2004 RM trailer which has launch bars and brake wash hoses fitted .
Thats about it I think , I've cared for her pretty well I hope .
How much is she worth ? I've spent too much I know that !

We've still got 3 P762s in Falmouth.  I mentioned it in the past, but how about getting together for Falmouth Week.  The dates for 2010 are 7-14 Aug and if we got 5 boats together we could ask for our own class and hold the 1st P762 Nationals.  Those wanting a bit more sailing could even do Dartmouth (26-28 Aug) on the way back to make the journey really worthwhile.

Anyone interested.

Come on TC bring the Upschtairs machine down to Dartmouth for a play next summer... Or even the holiday that is PASAB and round the scillies. Those Scillionians know how to party and living on the Proj would be cosy!!!

On a separate note to Garth`s comments falmouth week next year also incorporates the South West IRC Nationals based on 4 days if some can only get a small amount of holiday.

Will even sort out a mass craning session in the yard if various parties are seriously interested and will help with those visitors who want to find alternative accomodation to living on the Proj!

Shock, Horror!

Proper Job GBR7629R may be sold to the first person to come up with the right cash sum!

PM me to find out what that might be!
