i wanna try the british diet the next time i´m there! i´ve invented it yesterday evening. maybe it helps you too: much coffee, jaffa cake and at the main menue fish and chips. i´m in a big problem. on one hand i should put on some punds for sailing cause me and my helm are too light together, on the other the aspect of look... |
