Hi Clive
As everybody else is giving a full list of when sailing occurs at there club.
Lee On Solent has the following
Access at any state of the tide to the water.
Gybe club Saturday mornings followed by start racing at lunch time.
Saturday afternoon club racing
Some Sunday informal supported sailing.
Tuesday Club racing
Thurday racing training sessions and try various watersports sessions with Kayaks and SUP and board sailing with local watersports shop (Andy Biggs)
With all this plus supporting Gosport water festival, interclub racing etc no wonder were all so tired by the end of November we stop until March.

Crosby SC
Club dinghy racing  Sundays all through the year
Saturdays  recreational sailing, new learners and coaching
Friday evening   new learners , free sailing.  Moves to Saturday when evening light fails.
Wednesday evening racing in summer, but this has fallen off the race coaching for newer racers.
We have the facility to sail / race in the evening due to lake can be flood lit but not very regularly used.

Better a crap day in Abersoch than any day at work.

Blackwater SC

For dinghy racing its a very even split between Saturdays and Sundays, leaning towards Sundays by maybe 3 -5% over the season.  We have Saturday and Sunday series races so that those committed elsewhere at the weekends have a chance to win a series either way.  Trophy weekends / days over bank holidays are varied with single Saturday and Sundays trophies, 2 day bank holiday events and one 4 day event.

Tuesdays and Fridays for adult beginners is very popular.

Cruiser racing tends to mix up the weekends more due to the inter club series.

Royal Harwich,

Our most popular is the Wednesday Evening Series during Summer, with 'different' races on Sunday such as a race to the Orwell Bridge and a Scatter Race with the river's channel marks being more popular than standard Sunday racing. As its tidal racing is at different times and Sunday afternoons tend to be more popular.

Saturday sees a lot of junior sailing / RYA Onboard, hopefully these will trickle into club racing in due course.

Evening racing is fantastic.

West Oxfordshire SC-Saturdays might be Junior team racing, novices racing or free sailing with safety boat in the summer. Sundays for handicap racing. Easy enough when the water doesn't go up and down or side to side like Craiggo's, Wednesdays in summer. I reckon we could get Friday evening racing going too-used to do it for Ladies sailing.

We used to race on both Sat & Sun assuming the tide was in. Attendance on Saturdays was pretty poor so we now have training or what we term free sailing, where the people who turn up can organise to go for a cruise up the river, or hold race training or just sail around in a designated area. It seems to work well and we focus on Sundays for racing.

At Tynemouth, we have racing on Sunday afternoons, with sunday mornings currently an informal coaching session, helping to bridge the gap between RYA2 and competitive sailing.

Weds evenings are very popular for serious racers, where we have a highly competitive Ent fleet.

Friday evenings junior sessions with some informal adult sailing whilst we have safety cover

Saturdays only used for special events, but the clubhouse if often rented for weddings, parties etc in saturdays
