I'll be bringing your humongous slice of humble pie with me on Tuesday when I deliver the Icon....

Don't pretend to understand the custard or humble pie comments - probabaly for the best maybe...   But GRF in an Icon ? ... now that in itself should really be interesting !  It will be that  real life 'Marmite' moment I guess Wink   Should be very telling anyway ...

Big Thanks to Rodney and Co from everyone at Hythe, sorry we all had to bugger off for the annual cricket match but everybody was very pleased that you took the time and trouble to come and visit us.

Hugely appreciated.

Well the first day went off quite well after a bit of a dismal rainy start, in the end we had just about every wind direction in strengths from zero to force four and rain, muggy squalls and bright sunshine.

It's hot - damn hot, and there's a nice sea breeze down here at sunny Hythe...

You know you want to...

Sounds a miserable place to me where locals throw stones at boats.

PS Hythe and Saltwood SC is situated at the end of the world, the bottom of Gods back garden, the bit where you fall off and drift to France. There is definitely no fall out from the Nuclear Reactor Upwind and the Range bit where you could get shot is clearly marked and patrolled by the Stazi..

It's definitely survivable.

Well it's getting warmer and summer breezy by the minute, the D1's are still here, we're hopeful to have an Icon, the D Zero's will return with maybe even a Finn. I've done a deal with a new Kitesurfing Company which I'm trying to get flown in for our kiters (don't worry they'll be well downwind). We'll have Stand Up Paddleboards to play on and it is allegedly going to be warm.
The Breadknife and Friends will be on galley duty, I've specified Breakfast Baps, but my word around wimmen isn't entirely law. You can ask, but use a blast shield, their death glares can maim.

We have a little complication in that the Sunday afternoon is the Clubs annual Windsurfers v Sailors Cricket match which is a problem because of the carry over but I'm sure we'll cope. Best day obviously Saturday.
