There was a bad batch of 200 hulls from Brazil which were all replaced. I think mine was the last one after several years - in the 1290 series.

Here are some news about my 200
I've removed all my hatchs, sealed and popped with new rivets, and fitted new seals.

I made a pressure test, it is now 100% waterproof.

thanks again to all of you.

the boat is now for sale and a nice 500 is in my garden

Your two compartments are connected? Which number is your 200? Mine is 502 i've double checked and i. Quite sure they aren't. I'll check again  Wink

Anyway it is realy a nice boat, it's a shame that we don' have much 200 in france (10 max in all france) nobody to race again Disapprove
In france it's the 500, 700 and 800 that is used most of the time

Thanks again for your help
Yannick

If I pour water in the front it comes out the back which makes sense. The connection is right at the bottom of the wooden bulkhead, a slight gap (5mm approx) either side of the upright that supports the mast step.   My boat number is 1066.

NEVER tell a Frenchman that your sail number is 1066!  They immediately become all smug and superior! Big smile

...and as it happens I am based in Hastings.

I'm not arguing. I'm explaining why I'm right.
